In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection regulations, Utkal Skill Centre provides a straightforward way for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion at any time. When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our secure servers:

Your mobile phone number, name, email, and authentication profile.
Your school class configuration and board details.
All study metrics (experience points, total study minutes, daily question attempt histories, and mock test scores).
Your position and entries on public leaderboards.

⚠️ Important Note

Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. All subscription validity, leaderboard status, and learning progress milestones will be lost permanently.

Submit Deletion Request

Please enter your registered details below to submit a deletion request. Our team will process your request and completely delete your records within 48 to 72 hours.

Your deletion request has been submitted successfully. Our support desk will verify your details and completely purge your account information within 48 to 72 hours. An email or SMS confirmation will be sent upon completion.

Alternative Deletion Request

You can also request data deletion by directly email us at contact@utkalskillcentre.com with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion", specifying your registered phone number. We will verify and process your request immediately.
