Welcome to Utkal Skill Centre! By accessing or using our mobile application and web platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• Student Accounts: The platform is designed for school students in Class 3 to 10. Registration requires verification via a parent's or guardian's mobile number.
• Parental Consent: Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's usage. The app provides a secure 4-digit PIN setting to prevent unauthorized sibling access.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (OTP access, PINs) confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

We offer premium digital educational services, including standard textbooks, study notes, AI-generated test papers, and monthly exam series:

• Pricing: Pricing details for monthly and yearly subscriptions are clearly listed inside the app payment drawer.
• Billing Processor: All subscription payments are processed securely through our verified partner, Razorpay. We do not store your banking credentials on our servers.
• Taxes: Subscriptions are subject to applicable GST and local taxes, which will be added during checkout.

4. User Conduct & Community Rules

Utkal Skill Centre provides community chat rooms and educator staff rooms to foster learning. Users agree NOT to:

• Post obscene, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate comments in chat areas.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or hack any portion of the textbook vector databases or AI model routes.
• Share access to premium student credentials with other users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on this platform, including handwritten notes, custom overlays, monthly test questions, AI Gundulu code interfaces, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Utkal Skill Centre. BSE Odisha textbooks belong to their respective copyright holders. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access study materials for personal learning purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our educational resources, including AI Tutor (Gundulu) explanations, are provided for learning support. While we strive for absolute factual accuracy, we are not liable for any discrepancies in school exam results or external study scores. AI answers should be cross-referenced with official curriculum boards.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the usage of this application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
